Father's Day; I really never celebrated.
If I did celebrate it was just an extra Mother's day. I never really understood how fathers or mothers could walk out of a child's life. Even worse claim to have a child, but not be in the child's life.
I know of my father, but I don't know him. He's distant like just like a next of kin. #OhWell
This past Father's Day was my first. I felt akward at first. All the tweets and text messaging were very encouraging. I felt loved, just for loving my son.
I want/need/have to be in my son's life.
I think I'll get him something every Father's Day. :-)
and I love my son's smile.
Happy Parenting Day
