DominicRoss.net was created for you: the catalyst, the worker, the dreamer, the innovative, the young, the old, the fine, those whose lives ain't been no crystal staircase, those who travel the road not taken, and for those who never knew that they were living and thinking outside the box, because the box never existed.

Father's Day

Father's Day; I really never celebrated.

If I did celebrate it was just an extra Mother's day. I never really understood how fathers or mothers could walk out of a child's life. Even worse claim to have a child, but not be in the child's life.

I know of my father, but I don't know him. He's distant like just like a next of kin. #OhWell

This past Father's Day was my first. I felt akward at first. All the tweets and text messaging were very encouraging. I felt loved, just for loving my son.

I want/need/have to be in my son's life.

I think I'll get him something every Father's Day. :-)

and I love my son's smile.

Happy Parenting Day
